Is your company selling you as a customer

Really interesting reading on Harry’s Marketing Headhunter site relating to how employee branding is an organic process and the power that it plays in the corporate world.

Are you buying into your employers process? Are they doing enough to keep you happy?

Thing that got my attention was the final quote.

Note to self:  If you don’t actually l-o-v-e what your company does, then you might want to seriously reconsider where you are spending the best years of your career.  As my dad used to say, “It’s only work when you stop having fun.”

  1. Rob,

Thanks for the shout out — and thanks for blogrolling me. Do this, please: Change the text link on your blog from “Harry Joiner” to “Marketing Recruiter.”

In exchange, I’d be happy to blogroll you over at

    Fair enough?
